Thorough Screening
Prior to commencing employment with AFH all of our candidates undergo a thorough screening process. This includes verification of employment history, reference checking, criminal history check, qualification verification and integrity testing. This guarantees we constantly provide you with the best professionals and highest of standards.

Training
Upon selection, our employees are trained in their respective service areas. Cleaners are taught use of our cleaning equipment which features the latest technology, whilst our security staff are familiarised with the safest technology. We ensure all staff thoroughly understand and implement best practice work health and safety policy.
